Hello, my dear Comrades!
(Здравствуйте, мои дорогие Товарищи!)
Today I am going to tell you part of one Russian Fairy-tale. It is called Ko-Lo-Bok.
(Сегодня я собираюсь рассказать вам часть русской народной сказки Колобок.)
Once upon a time there lived Dedushka & Babushka.
(Жили-были Дед да Баба).
Dedushka was old but brave!
(Дед был стар, да храбр!)
Babuska was old but beautiful!
(Бабушка тоже была старенькой, но ещё красивой.)
"Dear, I want to have some bread!"
("Дорогая, а дай-ка мне хлебушка!")
"But, Dear! We don't heave bread!"
("Но, Дорогой! У нас нет хлеба!)
"We have a bread-boy! Kolobok!"
("У нас есть хлебный малыш! Колобок!")

Бабушка с дедушкой же необычайно ладно сложены, что в иных обстоятельствах пошло бы обоим только в плюс, но в данном случае, как мне кажется, они уж слишком отдаляются от первоначального задания, а немного огрубевшая в попытке приблизиться к лаконичности стиля детализация туловищ в таком масштабе, пожалуй, лишь расстраивает
